Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has officially joined the World of Hyatt loyalty program, making more than 20 all-inclusive resorts and roughly 12,000 rooms bookable with points for the first time.

The integration, which builds on an initial partnership announced in 2024, means World of Hyatt members can now earn 5 base points per dollar spent at participating Bahia Principe properties and redeem points for stays that include meals, drinks, and on-site activities.

Where the Resorts Are

The newly added properties span three of the Caribbean's most popular all-inclusive corridors: Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the Riviera Maya in Mexico, and Jamaica. Resorts like Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro and Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal are among the properties now in the program.

Bahia Principe has also reorganized its portfolio into two tiers: Explore properties aimed at families and Escape resorts designed for adults-only getaways, like Bahia Principe Grand Samana.

Double Points Through June

To mark the launch, Hyatt is running a limited-time promotion offering double points on stays at Bahia Principe resorts from April 1 through June 30, 2026. Members must register for the promotion and complete their stay within the window to qualify.

The move is the latest sign that major hotel loyalty programs see all-inclusive resorts as a growth category. Hyatt already operates its own Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara brands in the segment, and adding Bahia Principe significantly deepens its Caribbean and Mexico footprint.
