Hyatt's Sales Chief Just Named the Two Most Underrated All-Inclusives in Its Caribbean Portfolio

A Hyatt executive is telling advisors to lean into two lower-profile Dominican Republic resorts — and the reasoning says a lot about the collection's strategy.

Not every resort in a big portfolio gets the spotlight, and Hyatt's sales leadership thinks that is exactly the opening. Luis Nunez, vice president of global sales for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, this week singled out Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana and Dreams Cap Cana as two of the collection's most underrated Caribbean properties — and urged travel advisors to use their lower mainstream profile to their advantage.

The logic is straightforward. Resorts that fly under the radar often carry better availability and stronger value than the household-name flagships everyone books first, which can make them an easier sell for advisors chasing the right fit rather than the biggest brand. Zoëtry Agua sits at the boutique, wellness-focused end of the spectrum in Punta Cana, while Dreams Cap Cana anchors the family-friendly tier in Cap Cana.

Both fall under a collection that spans Dreams Resorts & Spas, Secrets Resorts & Spas, and the wellness-driven Zoëtry brand, giving Hyatt an unusually deep bench of all-inclusive options across the Dominican Republic.

Why it matters: The push is a reminder that Hyatt's all-inclusive ambitions run well beyond its best-known Secrets and Dreams flagships. By nudging demand toward its quieter properties, the collection can spread bookings across a wider footprint — and travelers willing to look past the marquee names may find more room, and more value, at some of the Caribbean's better-kept secrets.
