The spa situation at Vivid Grand Island is a work in progress. At opening, the resort operates eight indoor treatment rooms. The planned facility is a 26,000-square-foot spa to be shared with the adjacent Dreams Grand Island (opening later in 2025) — when complete, it will include 25 treatment rooms and become a significantly larger operation. Until then, the current eight-room setup handles demand reasonably well but books up on busy weeks. A 24-hour fitness center is on-site with modern equipment, and a dedicated yoga room is available for self-directed practice. All spa treatments are at additional cost.
Complimentary, included in the all-inclusive rate. Rooftop location with views. Equipment covers cardio machines (treadmills, stationary bikes), free weights, and strength training stations. Genuinely well-equipped for a resort gym — one of the more frequently praised facilities on the property.
Dedicated yoga room available for self-practice at no charge. Separate from the scheduled group yoga classes held poolside. Useful for guests with an existing practice who want a quiet space.
Menu of therapeutic massages including deep-tissue and hot stone options, as well as beach massages at the Ennea Beach Club. All at additional cost; reservations required. Book at the spa desk as early as possible — limited to eight rooms means availability runs out during peak periods.
Targeting chronic muscle tension with pressure on deeper tissue layers. The right choice after heavy water sport or fitness activity days. Reservations required; extra cost.
Heated stone application for muscle relaxation. A popular option given the resort's wellness positioning. Reserve early in your stay. Extra cost.
Massage treatments conducted on the sand at the Ennea Beach Club. One of the more enjoyable treatment options given the setting — combining the beach trip with a treatment makes logistical sense. Extra cost, reservations required.
Customized facial treatments at additional cost. The smaller spa means booking windows are tight — schedule on your first day if this is a priority.
Exfoliation treatments at additional cost. Worth pairing with a massage rather than booking as a standalone if time in the spa is limited by availability.
Bundled combinations of treatments at a package rate. If you plan to spend a half-day in the spa, the package pricing typically works out better than booking individual treatments separately.
