This Resort Group Is Renaming a Cancún All-Inclusive — and Launching a New Adults-Only Brand

Ocean by H10 Hotels is rolling out a wave of renovations, new rooms, and rebrands across its Mexican and Caribbean portfolio ahead of the winter 2026 season. The headline change: Ocean Coral & Turquesa, near Cancún in Puerto Morelos, will be renamed Ocean Coral Riviera Cancún on November 19 alongside a round of upgrades.

The changes run deeper than a new sign. In Riviera Maya, Ocean Maya Royale is getting a climate-controlled lobby, a reworked culinary lineup that includes a reinterpretation of its Mexican restaurant El Charro, 12 suites with private pools, and a new Elegance room category. Nearby, Ocean Riviera Paradise is expanding its fitness center and adding private pools to its Master Suite accommodations.

The push extends to the Dominican Republic, where Ocean Blue & Sand in Punta Cana is introducing a set of new swim-up rooms.

The most significant move is a brand launch. Ocean is accelerating Ocean Allure, its luxury adults-only collection, with the addition of Ocean Allure Eden Bay in Jamaica. Beginning November 1, the beachfront Ocean Eden Bay property in Coral Spring, Trelawny, enters a new phase under the Ocean Allure banner. Taken together, the investments signal a group trading up — chasing the same higher-end, adults-only demand reshaping the wider all-inclusive market.
