Stunning Location and Views
Guests consistently rave about the hotel's prime position overlooking Cala Llonga Bay, offering breathtaking sea views and direct beach access. It's often highlighted as one of the most beautiful and quiet locations on the island.
Exceptional Staff
The hotel staff receive widespread praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and overall exceptional service. Many guests commend the entire team for making their stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Good Food Quality and Variety
Dining is a strong point, with guests enjoying the excellent quality and variety of food, particularly at dinner and the show-cooking stations. Breakfasts with omelette, waffle, and smoothie bars, plus Cava, are frequently mentioned positively.
Relaxed Adults-Only Atmosphere
The serene and calm adults-only environment is highly valued by guests seeking a peaceful getaway. The availability of Balinese beds and chill-out zones further enhances the tranquil experience.
Hotel Age and Renovation Needs
A recurring concern is that some parts of the hotel appear dated or are in need of renovation. Guests feel that certain areas look tired and could benefit from modernization.
All-Inclusive Drink Quality and Inclusions
The all-inclusive package's drink offerings have drawn criticism, with some guests finding the pre-made cocktails overly sweet or the selection of included drinks to be limited for the price point.
Room Amenities Functionality and Storage
Guests have reported issues with the functionality of various room amenities, such as safes, TVs, and air conditioning. Additionally, the lack of drawer storage in rooms and shelf space in bathrooms is a common complaint.
Food Temperature and Consistency
While food quality is generally good, some guests note inconsistencies with food temperature at the buffet, with dishes occasionally being cold or merely warm on hot plates, and some instances of stained dinnerware.

Cala Llonga is Ibiza's calmer eastern flank — sheltered bay, no nightclubs within earshot — and Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga trades entirely on that contrast. While the western coast around San Antonio hosts the beach bars and sunset strips that define Ibiza's reputation, this adults-only property sits in a different mode entirely: quiet pool mornings, bay views from the terrace, and an early-evening pace.
This is the right choice for couples and adults over 30 who want Ibiza as a backdrop rather than as the main event. The sea views from the upper-floor rooms are genuinely good, and the Balinese beds around the pool are the kind of detail that earns repeat bookings. Anyone chasing Ibiza's club scene, or families with children, should look elsewhere — the adults-only policy is firm and the entertainment program does not run late.
The honest limitation here is the property's age. Despite a 2011 renovation, guests frequently flag dated room fixtures — drawer storage is scarce, bathroom shelving is limited, and some air conditioning units underperform on hot July and August evenings. Pre-made cocktails at the pool bar consistently draw criticism; the beer and wine are fine but the mixed drinks are not the resort's strength.
The property has around 270 rooms, one main buffet restaurant (Buon Gusto handles evening à la carte), a heated outdoor pool with bay views, and a Zentropia spa. It sits 20 kilometers from Ibiza Airport — roughly 25 minutes. The 5-minute walk into Cala Llonga town adds restaurant and bar options beyond the all-inclusive package without requiring a car.
Best months are May through June and September — hot enough for the beach, before the August peak crowds push prices up and strain the facilities.
