One of the Caribbean's Most Anticipated New Resorts Just Opened Reservations — on the World's Best Beach
The Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay is now bookable for stays beginning June 2027, bringing Hyatt's lifestyle brand to one of the Caribbean's most coveted stretches of sand.
Travelers can now book stays at the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, with reservations opening this week for arrivals beginning in June 2027. The long-anticipated resort will bring Hyatt's lifestyle-driven Andaz brand to one of the Caribbean's most famous beaches.
The property will feature 132 accommodations, including hotel rooms and residences, along with multiple restaurants, a spa, and beachfront activities. Grace Bay Beach, consistently ranked among the world's best beaches, has been a magnet for luxury resort development — and the Andaz will be the first Hyatt-branded property on the strip.
The resort is bookable through World of Hyatt, with award nights starting at 55,000 points per night as a Category 8 property. That puts it at the higher end of Hyatt's award chart, but in line with other premium Caribbean Hyatt properties.
The opening will add to an already competitive luxury resort scene in Turks & Caicos. Beaches Turks & Caicos, the Sandals-owned family all-inclusive, is among the destination's most popular properties. The Andaz will cater to a different segment — lifestyle-focused travelers who want a boutique-feeling resort with local character rather than a large-scale all-inclusive experience.
The news comes during a busy period for Hyatt in the Caribbean. The Hyatt Inclusive Collection has been steadily expanding its all-inclusive portfolio across Mexico and the Caribbean, while the Andaz brand is carving out a niche for travelers who prefer a more independent, design-forward approach to resort stays.
Turks & Caicos has become one of the most sought-after resort destinations in the region, with its combination of pristine beaches, clear waters, and proximity to the U.S. East Coast driving strong demand from both leisure travelers and investors.
