Nobu Beach Inn is no longer only a future opening on Barbuda. Travelers can book stays this winter at The Beach Club, a soft-opening foothold from Robert De Niro's Nobu Hospitality on the island's pink-sand coast near Antigua and Barbuda, before the full hotel arrives in late 2027.

Caribbean Journal reported that two air-conditioned beachfront tented suites are accepting reservations beginning December 2026. Rates start at $3,500 per night plus tax and include breakfast, dinner, and non-motorized watersports. Each suite is set up with a king bed, soaking tub, outdoor shower, and a shaded terrace facing the beach.

What the soft opening actually offers

This is not the finished 36-room Nobu Beach Inn. It is an early Beach Club chapter designed for guests who want the island and the Nobu name without waiting for the full inn. Expect a barefoot, low-inventory stay: two suites, beach access, included dining at breakfast and dinner, and simple watersports rather than a full resort program of pools, kids clubs, and multiple restaurants.

Barbuda remains one of the quieter corners of the Caribbean, known for long empty shoreline and a slower pace than Antigua's resort clusters. A winter soft opening lets early guests test that setting while construction on the larger Nobu Beach Inn continues toward a late-2027 debut.
