Rating8.3All 500 rooms have private balconies and standard amenities. The key decision is pool view vs. ocean view — the price difference is real, but the ocean view from the 15-story tower is worth it. Elite rooms add golf/tennis access and VIP perks; if your group includes golfers, the math often works in favor of that upgrade.

Pool
490 sq ft, faces the pool complex. King or two doubles. Good for families who want easy visual access to the pools from the room. Lower floors are noisier; request floor 5+ if pool noise is a concern. Four-person maximum.
Ocean
492 sq ft in the tower, private balcony with Pacific views. Premium bedding, king or two doubles. The best value upgrade — the difference in daily rate for ocean view vs. pool view is usually modest. Upper floors (10+) have genuinely good sightlines.
Ocean
495 sq ft, ocean view, two doubles. Includes VIP check-in with welcome snacks and drinks, preferred seating at à la carte restaurants, late checkout to 3pm (subject to availability), nightly turndown, and unlimited green fees and tennis at El Cid Golf & Country Club (equipment excluded). The golf perk alone can offset the upgrade cost if your group plays two or more rounds.
