Rating8.0The activity program is one of the most extensive in the Maldives for an all-inclusive property — non-motorized water sports, land sports, kids' clubs, and the signature flying trapeze are all included. Motorized water sports, scuba diving, and excursions cost extra.
Freshwater pool centrally located at the beach's edge. Medium-sized, family-friendly, and used for pool parties and aqua aerobics. Expect it to be busy from mid-morning through late afternoon. Not the place for quiet laps.
Quieter than the main pool, with an infinity edge facing the Indian Ocean. The better option for adults wanting a relaxed swim with views. No dedicated swim lanes, but the crowd level is noticeably lower. Sunset views from the edge are the draw.
A full 2 kilometers of white sand circling the island — wide, well-maintained, and one of the longest private beaches in the North Malé Atoll for an all-inclusive property. The lagoon-side water is calm and clear, ideal for snorkeling directly from shore. Seaweed is minimal by Maldivian standards. The north end has the Ninjas surf break — intermediate-level wave, accessible by walking rather than taking a boat. Sunbeds and hammocks included; Manta Collection guests have a private section. Ice cream trolley service runs in the afternoons.
Daily guided snorkeling trips over coral reefs, with an optional conservation element for reef monitoring. An open-water swim test is required before joining — pass it on day one to maximize access throughout the stay.
Single and double kayaks available, including glass-bottom models for reef viewing without getting wet. Stand-up paddleboarding is included. Both activities work well for independent exploration of the lagoon at your own pace.
Beginner-focused initiation lessons for both sailing and windsurfing. Suited to guests with no prior experience; don't expect advanced coaching or independent boat access without demonstrated competence.
Courts available for tennis, padel, and beach tennis. All skill levels welcome. Equipment provided.
Scheduled group sessions for basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, mini-football, and pétanque. Led by GOs, so participation is encouraged loudly — fine if you enjoy that energy.
Table tennis and archery available as self-directed or GO-led sessions. Low-key options for guests who want activity without the group dynamic.
The resort's signature feature — the only flying trapeze in the Maldives. Circus skill sessions also include juggling and slacklining. Worth trying regardless of fitness level; instruction is beginner-friendly and the novelty factor is high.
Standard gym with weights and cardio machines. Functional for maintaining a routine; not a high-end fitness facility.
Yoga (including paddleboard and sunset variations), Pilates, Zumba, aqua aerobics, and guided fitness classes. The paddleboard yoga is a genuine differentiator — schedule fills quickly, book early in the trip.
Full-day supervised program covering arts, sports, trapeze, snorkeling, sailing, and coral conservation. One of the more substantive kids' programs in the Maldives. Worth the resort premium for families with young children.
Supervised teen programming covering paddle-boating, snorkeling, and trapeze. Teens get structured social opportunities rather than being left to fend for themselves.
Shows nightly in the theatre covering Broadway, Bollywood, themed nights, and disco. The entertainment team (GOs) are the resort's most commented-on feature — expect high energy and genuine interaction.
Cooking classes, local artisan demonstrations, dreamcatcher making, tribal bracelet workshops. Variable quality — some sessions are genuinely engaging, others are filler. Ask the GOs which are worth attending.
PADI certification courses, week-long diving programs, and a complimentary orientation dive for beginners. Charged separately. The reefs around Kanifinolhu are consistently rated good for the North Malé Atoll.
Jet skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and flyboarding available at extra cost. Flyboarding is the crowd-pleaser; expect a queue on busy days.
Boat trips to breaks including Sultans, Honkeys, and Jails — the well-known North Malé surf circuit. Lessons and board rental charged separately. For intermediate surfers, Ninjas (accessible from the beach at the north end) may save the boat trip cost.
Waterbikes and underwater scooters available at extra cost. The underwater scooter is popular with guests who want reef access without strong swimming ability.
Childcare for infants from 6 months (Baby Club Med) and toddlers 2–3 years (Petit Club Med). Extra charge applies. Book before arrival — capacity is limited.
Island hopping, dolphin watching, sunset cruises, and a cultural visit to Malé city. The dolphin cruise is the most popular; evening departures are recommended for better sightings.
Traditional fishing trips and private catamaran sailing. Extra cost. The catamaran sunset trip is worth booking for the horizon views away from the resort.
