This All-Inclusive Hotel Group Just Announced 13 New Properties — Including Its First-Ever Hotels in the Middle East
Palladium Hotel Group is planning 13 openings through 2028, including a major push into Saudi Arabia and its first urban hotel in New York.
Palladium Hotel Group has unveiled an ambitious expansion plan that includes 13 confirmed hotel openings between 2026 and 2028, marking one of the most aggressive growth periods in the Spanish hospitality company's history.
The expansion includes the group's first-ever entry into the Middle East through a strategic agreement with Saudi Arabia's Tourism Development Fund. Under the deal, Palladium will explore hotel development opportunities in Jeddah and Yanbu as part of the kingdom's Vision 2030 tourism strategy.
Four Openings Planned for 2026
This year alone, Palladium expects to open four new properties. The most notable is Only YOU Hotel New York, marking the first international debut of the group's urban lifestyle brand. Other 2026 openings include The Site Ibiza, a concept blending hospitality with art and retail, BLESS Hotel Barcelona on Plaza de Cataluna, and Palladium Hotel Peniscola on the Mediterranean coast.
Caribbean and Mexico Upgrades
Closer to home for all-inclusive travelers, Palladium continues investing heavily in its Caribbean portfolio. The Grand Palladium Bavaro complex in Punta Cana recently completed extensive renovations, including a new Family Selection concept designed for families seeking a more premium experience.
In Riviera Maya, the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort has also received upgraded amenities. And in Jamaica, the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton continue to anchor the group's Caribbean presence.
Looking further ahead, Palladium plans nine additional openings through 2029, including entry into Asia with a BLESS Collection hotel in Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam. The company currently operates properties across Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Brazil, Italy, and Belgium.
