What sets Lady Hamilton apart from its sister is positioning: this is the adult-leaning half of the complex. The adults-only Romance Villa Suites, clothing-optional beach section, and the Coral pool — which stays open until midnight with its own bar — all sit on the Lady Hamilton side.
The resort works best for adult couples or groups who want a large Caribbean all-inclusive with genuine adult-only spaces within the property but don't require an entirely adults-only resort. Families are equally welcome and get full use of the pirate-themed kids' splash park, three kids clubs (Baby Club ages 1-3, Mini Club ages 4-12, Teen Club ages 13-18), and the full complex. But if your priority is a quieter atmosphere rather than keeping kids away entirely, the adults-only zones here deliver that without paying an adults-only resort premium.
The honest limitation: this is an older property renovated in 2015, and some rooms show their age. Guests occasionally report worn furnishings and maintenance issues, which stands in contrast to the Jamaica side's 2023 renovation upgrade. If fresh interiors matter, the Jamaica Resort & Spa side of the complex has the newer rooms. Also worth noting: the 2,000-acre complex requires significant walking between the Lady Hamilton and Jamaica sides — it's not a short stroll.

The all-inclusive program covers all meals, unlimited drinks including premium spirits and international brands, non-motorized water sports, fitness center, kids clubs, and nightly entertainment.
