The entry-level category at 452 sq ft with oceanfront views and an Italian marble bathroom. Compact but well-appointed with a king bed, sitting area, and a private terrace. No hot tub at this level. A practical choice for couples who will spend most of their time outdoors — at the pools, beach, or at Casa Rolandi — and want a clean, comfortable room to return to.
Ocean with direct pool access
Ground-floor suites at 498 sq ft with semi-private terraces offering direct walk-out access to the resort's infinity pool rather than a private balcony hot tub. Decorated in soft neutral tones with Tikul stone floors and Mediterranean-style arches. A sunken living area with sofa bed allows for a third guest. King or twin beds available. The trade-off: you get pool-at-your-door convenience but lose the private hot tub that higher categories include.
Ocean
Mid-level suites at 498 sq ft with a private balcony featuring a two-person outdoor hot tub and Caribbean Sea views. The elevated position provides better panoramic sightlines than the ground-floor Veranda suites. Vaulted tile ceiling, stained-glass window accents, dual therapeutic showers, and steam bath. King bed or twin beds, with a lounge seating area and sofa bed for a third guest.

The most spacious non-presidential category at 818 sq ft, located on the upper floors with a dome brick ceiling and stained-glass windows that distinguish it architecturally from every other suite type. Elevated position delivers the best panoramic views of the Caribbean and the Cancun skyline available from a standard booking. A large terrace with private hot tub and lounge seating, plus a generous sitting area with sofa bed. King bed only. The most-requested category for couples seeking space, views, and privacy without the Presidential Suite price.
Ocean (panoramic from three levels)
A three-level suite spanning over 2,067 sq ft with panoramic Caribbean views from every floor. Lower level holds a separate living and dining area with a private bar; upper level has a lofted king bedroom with floor-to-ceiling ocean views and marble floors; the rooftop solarium adds an oversized outdoor hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower with unobstructed views in every direction. Includes private cooking lessons with the chef and a dedicated concierge. The largest and most private accommodation on the island at this tier.
