Charcoal-grilled steakhouse with sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and smoked ribs. The smoky finish from charcoal rather than gas grill makes a noticeable difference. Curated wine selection to pair with the cuts. One of the better steakhouse executions in the Palladium portfolio.

Two-story Japanese restaurant with teppanyaki tables for live show-cooking, a sushi bar with rotating selection, and a traditional a la carte menu. The teppanyaki experience is the most in-demand booking — reserve it the day you arrive. The sushi bar is self-service and available without a reservation.

24-hour American sports bar with 16 flatscreen TVs, 2 projectors, pool table, foosball, and Xbox. Food and drinks around the clock — the only venue between late night and early breakfast service.
