Rating7.9Ten restaurants and 17 bars are shared across the Grand Palladium Jamaica and Lady Hamilton complex, all included in the Infinite Indulgence rate with no surcharges. Seven a la carte venues serve dinner only and require smart casual attire — sleeved shirts and long pants for men, no exceptions. Reservations are recommended for Lotus House teppanyaki and Xaymaica, which fill quickly. The three international buffets handle breakfast and lunch for most guests.

Jamaican & Creole
The resort's best argument for the Jamaica setting. Xaymaica serves proper Jamaican cooking — jerk chicken off the grill, ackee and saltfish, curried goat, coconut shrimp — in a colorful open-air space with live reggae some nights. It's the one restaurant on property that you couldn't find at any Caribbean all-inclusive. Make reservations early.
Signature dishes: Jerk chicken, Ackee and saltfish, Coconut shrimp, Jamaican rasta pasta
Japanese Fusion
Japanese fusion with teppanyaki tables where chefs cook in front of you — the show-cooking element makes it the most in-demand table in the complex. Book it the day you check in or you'll likely miss it. The a la carte menu has sushi and sashimi alongside the theatrical hibachi preparation.
Signature dishes: Teppanyaki steak and seafood, Sushi selection, Asian fusion appetizers
Mediterranean Seafood
Beachfront seafood with open-air seating and sunset views over the Caribbean. Grilled fish, lobster (seasonal), and Mediterranean-style preparations. The setting earns it; the food is solid but not transcendent. Worth booking for the view alone.
Signature dishes: Grilled fresh fish, Mediterranean seafood platters, Paella
Steakhouse
Steakhouse serving ribeye, filet mignon, and New York strip grilled to order. The cuts are decent for an all-inclusive. Better than the buffet protein options, and a good choice if your group has red meat eaters who don't need Lotus House's theatrics.
Signature dishes: Ribeye steak, Filet mignon, New York strip loin
Italian
Open-air Italian terrace with show-cooking, fresh pasta, and wood-fired pizza. Classic Italian comfort food executed reliably. A safe choice for guests unsure what to book — the pastas are consistently well-reviewed.
Signature dishes: Fresh pasta, Wood-fired pizza, Italian wine pairings
Indian
Indian restaurant with aromatic curries, tandoori preparations, and naan. Useful for guests who want a break from Caribbean and European cuisines. Quality varies but the tandoori items tend to be the strongest.
Signature dishes: Samosas, Rogan josh, Biryani, Chana masala
Mexican
Mexican restaurant in hacienda style serving tacos, enchiladas, and guacamole made tableside. Fun, casual atmosphere. Not as refined as some of the other a la carte options but enjoyable for families.
Signature dishes: Enchiladas, Fajitas, Mole, Alambre
Barbecue & Grilled Meats
Second steakhouse option available across the complex at the Lady Hamilton side. Similar menu to El Dorado — useful if El Dorado is fully booked.
Signature dishes: Grilled meats, BBQ ribs, Salad bar
International Buffet
The largest of the three international buffets, expanded during the 2023 renovation to seat 286 guests. Themed dinner nights rotate through world cuisines. Handles the volume better than most resort buffets this size, though food temperature is inconsistent during busy periods.
International Buffet
Second international buffet with a Jamaican focus. Serves breakfast and lunch daily and themed dinners. More casual setting than Mo'Bay.
International
Third international buffet. Breakfast and lunch service. A standard fallback when other options are closed or full.
Jamaican BBQ
Casual beachside jerk station at Sunset Cove beach. Smoked jerk chicken and pork, festival bread, and cold Red Stripe beer. One of the highlights of a beach day — don't skip it.
Signature dishes: Jerk chicken, Jerk pork
Jamaican BBQ
Second jerk hut at Las Brisas Beach. Same format as Sunset Cove — smoked meats, cold drinks, outdoor seating in the sand.
Signature dishes: Jerk chicken, Jerk pork
Cocktails & Drinks
180-degree Caribbean Sea views from the newly renovated terrace. Live music some evenings. The best sunset bar on property — worth the walk to find it.
Coffee & Premium Spirits
Named after Jamaica's beloved cultural icon Louise Bennett. Coffee, snacks, and light bites in a casual setting. Good stop between meals.
Bar & Snacks
Sports viewing with multiple screens, billiards, and bar service. Draws sports fans in the evenings and during major events.
Swim-up Bar
Swim-up service at the main pool. Cocktails, beer, and soft drinks without leaving the water. Gets crowded by 10 AM in high season.
Cocktails & Drinks
Pool bar named after Jamaica's original folk music genre that predated reggae. Casual daytime service near the pool complex.
