The Beloved Spa's 35,000 sq ft and 14 treatment rooms make it one of the largest resort spas on the Yucatán Peninsula by room count. The signature Agua Viva hydrotherapy circuit — 90 minutes of guided water therapy — is included complimentary with any treatment booking and is arguably the most compelling single amenity at the property. All treatments carry additional charges; only the relaxation lounges are complimentary without a booking.

Available complimentary to all spa guests. Quiet pre- and post-treatment spaces with herbal tea service, calming aromatherapy, and meditation areas. Open without a treatment booking.
The spa's signature experience: a guided 90-minute water journey through experience showers (fog, rain, tropical storm, ice mist), steam rooms, Finnish sauna, ice plunge pool, caldarium, hydro-massage stations, and cascading waterfalls. Complimentary when booked with any treatment. Can be done solo or as a couples experience (booking two treatments simultaneously). Best visited midweek when appointment availability is higher. This circuit alone justifies a spa visit even for guests who don't typically book massages.
Side-by-side massages in dedicated double treatment rooms. Organic oils and traditional Mexican techniques. Available in 50, 75, and 100-minute durations. Advance booking is essential — double rooms are limited. The Agua Viva circuit is often bundled with this for a 3+ hour spa afternoon.
100-minute full-body, face, and soul therapy. Organic remedies: spirulina and coconut foam exfoliation, organic facial with sweet olive gommage and turmeric and Gotu kola extracts, and volcanic obsidian detox. The resort's most involved treatment — best done after the hydrotherapy circuit to prepare the skin.
75-minute facial blending aromatherapy, sound, and touch with organic ingredients. Facial massage, volcanic detox mask, and rejuvenating serums. Suitable for skin sensitized by sun and saltwater exposure.
Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and traditional Mexican techniques. Available in 50, 75, and 100-minute durations. Scalp massage and personalized hair mask available as add-ons. Deep tissue is the most frequently requested style, particularly for guests who've been active on water sports or beach activities.
Exfoliation and body wraps using locally sourced ingredients: Mexican chocolate, agave, honey, and sea salt. Detoxifying and hydrating. Pairs well with the post-circuit glow from the Agua Viva experience.
Holistic ceremonies drawing on ancient Mexican traditions: copal incense, herbal poultices, and energy work. Individual or couples experiences available. More ceremonial in nature than a standard massage — suit guests interested in indigenous healing traditions.
Haircuts, styling, blowouts, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and bridal services. Useful for guests with a special dinner at Le Bisou or a photo occasion.
