Five distinct restaurants and six bars, all included with no reservations required. À la carte service at every restaurant. The culinary program is strongest at Le Bisou and El Mar; Lupita and La Isla Trattoria are reliable but less distinctive. The Sushi and Ceviche Bar is consistently underrated by guests who don't discover it until late in their stay. No buffet on property.

French
French cuisine, breakfast (7–11 AM) and dinner (6–10:30 PM). The resort's most formal restaurant — resort-elegant dress code (collared shirts required for men, no shorts or flip-flops at dinner). Morning service is an elegant breakfast with made-to-order stations; evenings serve classic French preparations with contemporary touches. Outdoor terrace seating faces ocean breezes. Signature dishes include duck confit and lobster thermidor. The most visible spot for a special-occasion dinner on property.

Steakhouse
Steakhouse, dinner only (6–10:30 PM). Indoor, dark-wood setting with ambient lighting. Premium cuts, grilled to order, paired with Mexican-inspired sauces. Dedicated plant-based menu. Premium tequila and mezcal selection makes this a good pairing dinner rather than just a straight steakhouse visit. Resort-elegant dress code.

Seafood & Grill
Seafood and grill, lunch (12:30–4 PM) and dinner (6–10:30 PM). Alfresco beachfront setting with sand-between-the-toes seating and direct ocean views. Wood-oven and grill-fired seafood. Smart casual dress code. The most popular lunch venue — arrive before 1 PM to secure beachfront tables. Evening service is candlelit and romantic. The freshest, most casual cooking on property.

Italian
Italian, lunch (12:30–4 PM) and dinner (6–10:30 PM). Poolside, casual. Wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, seafood. The most dress-code-relaxed venue — shorts, bermudas, and t-shirts welcome. Best option between pool sessions or for a lighter dinner when Le Bisou or Lupita feels like too much.
Signature dishes: Wood-fired pizza, Fresh pasta
Mexican Street Food
Mexican street food, poolside, noon–5 PM. Tacos, guacamole, quesadillas, and street-food favorites. Counter service. No dress code (swimwear cover acceptable). Ideal for midday snacking without sitting down for a full meal.

Japanese-Peruvian Fusion
Japanese-Peruvian fusion, noon–10 PM. Freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, and ceviche with chefs working behind an open bar. Creative rolls and seafood small plates. Indoor. Casual dress. Consistently called a hidden gem in guest reviews — most guests find it toward the end of their stay and wish they'd visited sooner. Try it on day one or two.

Beachfront pool, 10 AM–6 PM. Frozen cocktails, premium spirits, and beers served to guests on pool barstools. The most social spot on property during daylight hours.
