Five suite categories, all approximately 431 sq ft, all accommodating up to three guests. The differences between categories are view and My Favorite Club access — the physical layout and amenity set are consistent across tiers. The MFC Ocean Front View suite is the only category that adds meaningful service-level upgrades. Street-level and garden-view suites offer less to look at but cost less.
Various
Entry-level category at 431 sq ft with a furnished balcony or terrace. Views vary — garden, street, or partial mountain. Standard amenity set: air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite, mini-fridge, kettle, safe, free WiFi. Solid base for guests who plan to spend most of the day outside the room.
Teide Mountain
431 sq ft with direct views of Mount Teide from the furnished terrace. Separate living area with sofa. The mountain view is the main selling point — on clear days it's a proper spectacle, particularly in the morning. Same core amenity set as the base Suite plus the terrace orientation.
Ocean
431 sq ft with a private balcony looking toward the Atlantic. Partial sea views — position and floor affect how much water you actually see. Separate living room included. For guests who find a sea view more restful than a mountain view, this is the right call.
Frontal Ocean
431 sq ft with an unobstructed, direct frontal view of the Atlantic from the balcony or terrace. The step up from the general ocean-view category is meaningful in terms of what you can see. Same amenity set. Worth the upgrade for couples staying more than 4 nights.
Oceanfront
431 sq ft with direct oceanfront views plus the full MFC service upgrade: complimentary minibar, private lounge access with snacks and drinks all day, personalized check-in and checkout, welcome sparkling wine, free shuttle to the city center, and reserved areas at pools and restaurants. The room itself is not larger than other suites — the value is entirely in the service layer.
