Partial Ocean or Pool/Beach Proximity
Same 280 sq ft bungalow layout as Superior but positioned close to the beach or main pools — the proximity is the upgrade. Partial ocean views in select units. Same amenities. Worth the difference if beach proximity matters to you.
Garden

The ocean view from a Playacar bungalow is partial rather than panoramic — worth it if views matter, but the view gap between categories is smaller than at oceanfront tower resorts.
