Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove Will Open Adults-Only in Summer 2027

Royalton Hotels & Resorts said on Sept. 15 that its full Jamaica portfolio is open again across Negril and Montego Bay, and that Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove will debut in summer 2027 as the brand's first Royalton CHIC resort on the island. The adults-only lifestyle property is already taking reservations alongside the five resorts that just finished post-storm rebuilds.

What is bookable in Jamaica now

Travelers can stay again at Royalton Negril, Hideaway at Royalton Negril, and Grand Lido Negril on the west coast, plus Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay and Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters near Montego Bay. Royalton says guestrooms and public spaces were redesigned during the closure, with interactive in-room TVs, resort-wide Wi-Fi onto the beach, online room selection before arrival, and pre-check-in to shorten lobby time.

Hideaway guests still get the Book 1, Enjoy 2 model: an adults-only base with access to the neighboring family resort's restaurants and bars. At Blue Waters that expands the combined dining and bar count into the double digits, which is the practical reason couples often pick Hideaway even when they want occasional family-resort energy at dinner.

Why Paradise Cove matters for 2027 planners

Royalton CHIC is the company's social, design-forward adults-only line, already operating in places like Royalton CHIC Cancun. Bringing it to Jamaica at Paradise Cove gives the island a lifestyle-skewed adults-only option that is not another Secrets or Hideaway clone. Summer 2027 is far enough out that rates and room categories will move, but far enough in that honeymoon and milestone trips are already being sketched.

Guest checklist before you buy

If you need Jamaica this winter, shop the five open Royalton resorts and confirm which restaurants and water features are fully online after the rebuild. If you want the CHIC product specifically, hold deposits lightly until Paradise Cove publishes a firmer opening month, room mix, and rate calendar. Royalton also says an interactive AI concierge is coming to the reopened resorts in the months ahead. Useful if it works. Not a reason to skip reading the resort map before you book connecting rooms or swim-outs.
