This Caribbean Island Is Getting Its First Marriott All-Inclusive — Built Inside Two Restored Historic Buildings

Curacao is about to get its first Marriott all-inclusive. The Pyrmont Curacao, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive resort, is set to open in the second half of 2026 as an adults-only retreat with roughly 305 rooms, including 36 suites, each looking out over the sea or the city.
What sets it apart is the setting. Rather than a fresh-poured beachfront tower, the resort is built around two restored historic buildings in Willemstad’s Pietermaai district, part of a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a rare pairing of Old World architecture with the all-inclusive format, and a deliberate contrast to the mega-resorts dominating destinations like Cancun and the Dominican Republic.
The amenity list runs deep: eight restaurants, five bars, an infinity pool, a dive and water sports center, and a roughly 250-meter oceanfront promenade designed to keep the shoreline open along the property. The design leans on local materials and energy-efficient systems, a nod to the sustainability expectations now standard at new luxury builds.
Crucially, it will be the first all-inclusive on the island where guests can earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points — a meaningful hook for loyalty members who have had few ways to put their balances to work on Curacao. It also extends the Autograph Collection’s all-inclusive push, which already spans adults-only properties across the region.
