One of the World Most Exclusive Hotel Brands Is About to Do Something It Has Never Done Before — Go All-Inclusive
Park Hyatt is opening its first-ever all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya, marking a major shift for the ultra-luxury brand into the inclusive segment.
Park Hyatt, long regarded as one of the most prestigious names in luxury hospitality, is venturing into entirely new territory. The brand is preparing to open its first-ever all-inclusive resort, and it will land in Mexico Riviera Maya — the epicenter of the Caribbean all-inclusive boom.
The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is expected to debut in late 2026 and will feature chef-driven dining as a centerpiece of the experience. The property aims to redefine what all-inclusive means at the top end of the market, pairing Park Hyatt signature understated luxury with the convenience of bundled pricing.
The move is significant because Park Hyatt has historically stayed far from the all-inclusive model, which the brand core clientele often associated with mass-market resorts. But the luxury all-inclusive segment has evolved dramatically, with brands like Aman, One and Only, and Hyatt Zilara proving that high-end travelers will pay premium rates for inclusive experiences when the quality matches their expectations.
For Hyatt Inclusive Collection, this is the crown jewel. The division already operates Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara properties across Mexico and the Caribbean, but a Park Hyatt all-inclusive sits in an entirely different tier — competing directly with the ultra-luxury independent resorts that dominate the Riviera Maya coastline.
The resort will be located along the Caribbean coast south of Cancun, joining a corridor that has attracted more luxury hotel investment in the past three years than almost anywhere else in the Americas. Construction and pre-opening details are expected later this year.
