The activity program is the resort's clearest strength and the main reason families return. The trapeze runs on a schedule throughout the day and is the anchor activity. Over 15 water sports and land activities are included. The Kids' Club operates 8 AM to 6 PM with a dedicated pool. The game room with billiards and giant chess covers teens who've aged out of the Kids' Club but aren't interested in water sports.

Main Ocean-View Freshwater Pool

12,200 sq meters — one of the largest resort pools in Playa del Carmen. Multiple activity zones, bar service, and the trapeze rig is visible from poolside. Most active 10 AM to 5 PM. The scale means you can find a quiet corner even during peak occupancy.

Adult Pool

800 sq meters with swim-up bar. Reserved for adults only. The best place to decompress after a high-activity morning. The swim-up bar means you stay in the water as long as you want. Limited to adult guests.

Kids Pool

500 sq meters designated for low-activity lounging. No organized activities here — specifically for guests who want to read or nap poolside without entertainment noise.

Swim-Up Bar Pool

Dedicated shallow area with spray features for young children. Adjacent to the main family pool. Supervised during Kids' Club hours.

Beaches

Playacar Beach

Direct access to a private white-sand beach in Playa del Carmen. The resort's cleaning program keeps seaweed levels lower than many comparable properties on the Riviera Maya — consistently rated positively in guest reviews. Loungers, palapas, and non-motorized water sports equipment available from the beach. Caribbean water is typically calm and clear in this stretch.
