Rating8.5The activity roster is unusually broad for a mid-size adults-only property. Non-motorized watersports at Lover's Beach are fully included and actually usable given the calm cove conditions. Land sports — two lit tennis courts, four lit pickleball courts, mini-golf, bocce, corn hole — are more extensive than comparable Caribbean resorts. Off-site excursions (Devil's Bridge, Stingray City, zipline) require additional fees and are booked through the tour desk.

The largest free-form pool on the property, with in-pool loungers, waterside cabanas, and the Pool Bar adjacent. The social hub of the resort — livelier midday through late afternoon. Best claim time for loungers is before 9 AM. Adults-only (16+).
Raised above the beach with panoramic ocean views from the surrounding deck. Recently refurbished. Less crowded than the Main Pool most days, with better sunset views. The deck chairs here fill before the pool itself does.
Quieter pool distinguished by a waterfall feature. The most serene of the five options — useful for guests who find the Main Pool too busy.
Located near the villa accommodations. Accessible to all guests but primarily used by villa residents — tends to stay quiet throughout the day.
A shallow cooling pool beside the pub. Designed more for dipping and socializing than lap swimming. Most active in the evenings when the pub programming kicks off.
Powdery white sand in a reef-protected cove — the calmest water on the property and the base of operations for the non-motorized watersports program. Sun loungers, umbrellas, water hammocks, and the Lazy Pelican Beach Bar all on-site. Best for swimming, snorkeling, and anyone using the kayaks or Hobie cats. Gets moderately busy in peak season; stake out a spot before 9 AM for best selection.
Longer stretch of white sand, calmer atmosphere than Lover's Beach, with sun loungers under palm trees and parasols. The Beach Grill provides lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM. Also good for swimming — the calm Caribbean-facing waters make it safe and pleasant. Better choice for guests who want a quiet beach day without watersports activity nearby.
Equipment included. Lover's Beach's reef-protected cove has decent shallow-water snorkeling directly from shore — no boat required. Best visibility early morning before wind picks up.
Included. Single and double kayaks available from Lover's Beach. The calm bay conditions make this accessible even for first-timers.
Stand-up paddleboards and pedal boats included. Beginner lessons are available. The sheltered waters here are more forgiving than open-ocean paddleboarding.
Included. Instruction provided for guests without sailing experience. One of the more engaging activities on the property — worth scheduling on a day with steady trade winds.
Included equipment access. The northeast coast location means consistent wind — better conditions than many Caribbean resort windsurfing programs.
Included. Slower-paced water exploration for guests who want to be on the water without the physical demand of kayaking.
Included at Lover's Beach. Floating mesh hammocks anchored in the cove's shallow waters — popular in the afternoon.
Two courts with lighting for night play, equipment included. No organized lessons listed — bring your own game.
Included. Courts on the beach; informal pickup games organized by entertainment staff.
Four lit courts — an unusually well-developed pickleball setup for a Caribbean resort. Paddles and balls provided. Good for guests traveling with others who play.
18-hole nautically themed course, included. Accessible for all skill levels and a reliable 45-minute activity when you want something low-stakes.
Included. Available throughout the day at designated areas.
Included. Located at the Chill Out Zone and Wavy Wicket Pub — most accessible in the evenings.
Included. Courts available for casual play.
Included. Available at the Wavy Wicket Pub area.
Included. Dedicated courts on the grounds.
Included. Casual lawn game available on the grounds.
Included. Cybex cardio machines, weight-training equipment, and free weights. Adequate for guests maintaining a regular routine.
Included group sessions. Schedule varies — confirm times at the activity desk on arrival.
Included pool-based cardio sessions. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Included. Guided walks to Devil's Bridge National Park are the highlight — the limestone arch formation is a 10-minute walk from the property and most dramatic at high tide.
Included. Local performers and themed shows — production quality varies. Entertainment skews toward a lively crowd rather than intimate performance.
Included. Steel-pan drumming sessions are the most authentically Caribbean element of the entertainment program.
Included. Rotating themed buffet events at Seabreeze — check the weekly schedule on arrival.
Included. Held at The Wavy Wicket Pub — the right venue for this kind of programming.
Included. Staff-led group lessons in Caribbean dance styles. Casual and lighthearted.
Included. Brief cultural immersion sessions — a distinctive offering that goes slightly beyond the standard activities menu.
Additional cost. Devil's Bridge National Park (walkable), Stingray City, zipline tours, and St. John's shopping are the most popular. Book through the on-site tour desk.
Additional cost. Authentic Antiguan cuisine classes run by local companies — more substantive than in-resort cooking demonstrations.
Additional cost. Local rum distillery experiences arranged through external operators.
