Italian, Gourmet, Fine Dining
The flagship restaurant at Sani Dunes, positioned on the main building's upper floor with views over the lagoon pool. Italian cuisine built around the influence of Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini — housemade pastas, premium meats, quality seafood. Dinner only, 7–10:30 PM. Reservation required; 12+ only; resort elegant dress code applies. Included under Dine Around but requires advance booking.
International, Mediterranean, French, Asian, Farm to Table
Poolside brasserie running breakfast and dinner with a broad international menu — beef sirloin, seafood linguine, tuna carpaccio, and Asian-leaning dishes. More casual than Fresco but still requires a reservation for dinner. Smart casual in the evening, relaxed for breakfast. A la carte format, included in the plan.

Mediterranean
Beachfront restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservation needed for dinner; resort casual dress.

A casual beachfront snack stand open 10 AM–7 PM serving handcrafted bites and cold drinks. Informal, food-truck-style setup directly on the sand. Not included in the plan — additional charge.
