Partial Ocean
592–710 sq ft with partial Sea of Cortez views through the property's terraced levels. Positioned on the hillside mid-tier. King bed with sofa bed. A good balance of views and value — significantly better than garden view without the premium of the full oceanfront.
Ocean
474–732 sq ft with direct ocean views from a private balcony. Elevator access nearby — the most practical option for guests who want views without extensive stair climbing. King bed for two. The elevated position provides sweeping Sea of Cortez panoramas.
Oceanfront
474–732 sq ft with unobstructed oceanfront views from a private terrace. The most popular one-bedroom category at the resort — wake to wave sounds, watch for whales December–April. King bed with sofa bed for up to three. Book early as this category sells out fastest.
Garden
474–721 sq ft with garden surroundings. Two bedrooms with two queen beds plus sofa bed for up to five adults. The best option for friend groups. Tranquil garden atmosphere with good privacy between rooms. Eight units available.
Ocean
474–732 sq ft with Sea of Cortez views. Two bedrooms with two queen beds and sofa bed for up to five. Only two units available — this is a rare category and books months ahead for peak season. Ocean views from the terrace.
Panoramic Ocean
1,464–1,485 sq ft — the two largest accommodations at the resort, spanning nearly 1,500 sq ft. Top-floor positioning with sweeping panoramic Sea of Cortez views from an expansive terrace. Full living and dining area, kitchenette, king or double beds for up to six. For special occasions: the space-per-dollar is significantly better here than comparable suites at Grand Velas next door.
