Fresco, Oliva, Azul, Anaya, Ouzo, Elia, and Sea Grill all require reservations via the resort app or WhatsApp concierge. Open reservations as early as the window allows — as the newest and largest Ikos resort, demand is high. Flavors buffet operates without reservations. The Dine Out programme covers partner local restaurants; concierge coordinates.

Italian à la carte by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini. Classic dishes and fresh seafood. Beachside setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. High demand — prioritize for your first reservation slot.

Authentic Spanish
Modern Spanish cuisine by two-Michelin-star chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. Andalusian traditions with contemporary sharing plates. Relaxed atmosphere relative to the other à la carte venues.

Peruvian
Peruvian-influenced international cuisine in an open-air setting. The only distinctly Latin American-focused restaurant in the Ikos portfolio. Fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Lower reservation demand than Fresco or Anaya — easier to book.

Asian (Thai, Chinese, Indian)
Asian fusion by Michelin-starred chef Thiou, with a strong Thai influence. Elegant setting. Consistently high demand at all Ikos properties.

Contemporary Greek
Beachfront venue combining a morning buffet breakfast, casual BBQ lunch, and sophisticated à la carte dinner by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou. The only restaurant at Ikos Odisia that operates across all three meals.

Traditional Greek
Corfiot cuisine — local dishes from Corfu island. The most destination-specific restaurant on the property. Worth booking at least once to compare against the Kerkyra equivalent at Ikos Dassia.

Mediterranean Buffet / International
Main Mediterranean buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No reservation needed. The default option when à la carte tables aren't available. Consistent with the Ikos standard.
