Family-Friendly Amenities
The resort excels in providing well-organized, safe, and engaging activities for children and teens, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a luxurious yet kid-friendly holiday.
Stunning Aesthetics & Facilities
The beautiful resort design, lush 60-acre grounds, numerous heated pools, and spacious, well-maintained rooms contribute to a visually appealing and supremely relaxing environment.
Restaurant Bookings
Securing preferred dining times at à la carte restaurants can be challenging, often requiring reservations weeks or months in advance via the Ikos app due to high demand.
Beach Quality
While beautiful, some guests found the seabed of the direct access beach to be stonier underfoot than anticipated, suggesting it may not be the resort's strongest natural feature compared to its pools.
Adults-Only Areas
A recurring minor concern for some guests is the limited number of truly secluded adults-only pool areas, as these are sometimes located in proximity to family sections.

Ikos Odisia opened in May 2023 on a 60-acre site in Dassia, Corfu — the same bay as Ikos Dassia, about 12–14km from Corfu Airport. As the most recently built property in the portfolio, the infrastructure is the newest: 10 heated pools, eight restaurants (seven à la carte, all with Michelin-starred menus), and a room mix that runs from standard doubles up to four-bedroom villas with private pools. The Infinite Lifestyle inclusion list matches other Ikos properties, with the addition of a complimentary electric MINI Countryman or Tesla for the day and a sunset cruise.
The resort is particularly well-configured for mixed-age family groups. The Heroes Kids Club covers ages 4–12, Just4Teens handles 12–17, a crèche is available for ages 4 months to 4 years (additional charge), and a complimentary 30-minute pool or beachside childcare session is included for children 4 and above. Adults who want separation from the family pool scene have designated adults-only pool and beach areas.
The specific limitation worth noting: the private beach is 400–420 meters of honey-hued sand on Dassia Bay, but the seabed is stonier in sections than the resort's photography suggests. This is the most common disappointment reported by guests — the beach looks inviting from the sun lounger but entry into the water can be uncomfortable without water shoes in some spots.
Practically: 390–395 rooms on 60 acres. Corfu International Airport (CFU) is 12–14km away, roughly 20–25 minutes by transfer. Price tier matches the rest of the Ikos portfolio — premium for all-inclusive. Being the newest property, room finishes are in better condition than the older Ikos resorts, and the pool infrastructure is more extensive.
May–June and September are the best months for Odisia specifically: the 60-acre property feels its most spacious, restaurant reservations are attainable, and the beach crowds are manageable. Opening in 2023 means the property is still in its early operating years — the team's processes are still being refined compared to the established rhythm at Oceania or Dassia.
