Tunisian and Maghreb a la carte, dinner only. Included in the all-inclusive rate but limited to one visit per guest per stay — reservation required. The couscous is the dish to order; it's made properly with the broth served separately. Tajines and shakshuka are also strong. Use your one booking strategically and order ambitiously.

Main buffet: breakfast 6:30–10am (late breakfast until 11:30am), lunch 12:30–2:30pm, dinner 7–9:30pm in summer. The Tunisian integration in the spread is genuine — stuffed briks, couscous, and tajines rotate regularly. The late-night buffet 11pm–midnight is worth knowing about for evening arrivals.
