Hotel Riu Ventura is a December 2025 opening — brand-new construction on Playa Delfines, the beach at the southern end of Cancun's Hotel Zone known for its wide white sand and the iconic Cancun sign. The location puts guests about 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport and adjacent to the El Rey Mayan archaeological site.
The defining physical feature is a sixth-floor rooftop pool with panoramic Caribbean views and a dedicated poolside bar — an elevated configuration that sets this property apart from standard Cancun all-inclusives where all pools are at ground level. The six pools in total give different energy levels across the property.
As new 2025 construction, everything is fresh: restaurants, rooms, spa, and kids' club all open day one without the maintenance backlog that accumulates in older Caribbean properties. The 24-hour all-inclusive program is standard Riu format covering all meals, drinks, and included activities.
