Gourmet Fusion
New à la carte gourmet restaurant added during the 2025 renovation — the centerpiece of the Palace upgrade. Evening only, reservation required. Formal dress expected (long trousers and collared shirt for men). Book this on arrival day; it will be the most sought-after table.
International Buffet
International buffet for breakfast (8–10:30am) and dinner. Live cooking stations and themed nights. Fresh seafood at dinner and a good breakfast spread with smoothies and yogurt. Terrace seating with potential sea views — worth requesting a window table. No reservation needed.
