Most excursions — sailing, water sports, guided tours — are arranged through the concierge and carry extra charges. The honest pitch: most guests are here for the town of Perast itself, which is more interesting than anything organized on-site. Plan to spend your days exploring the bay independently and use the hotel's facilities for early mornings and evenings.
18 meters long, heated, inside the Cataleya Spa. Open year-round and included in all bookings. The pool is adjacent to the hammam, sauna, and ice fountain, so most guests use it as part of a spa circuit rather than a standalone swim. Not crowded — the indoor location keeps casual traffic low.

The pool itself is not large relative to the number of guests in peak season — arrive early to secure a good lounger position.

The town of Perast is car-free and walkable in 20 minutes end-to-end. Baroque palaces, two islands visible from the waterfront, and a handful of good restaurants. This is the activity — no sign-up required, no charge.
