The flagship fine dining restaurant in the Divi Aruba network. Panoramic views of the golf course and Caribbean. Dinner Tuesday–Saturday, late-night Friday brunch, and Sunday Royal Brunch (surcharge applies). Chef Darwin Torres's menu covers international and contemporary American — grilled octopus, fresh ceviche, the chateaubriand, and lobster are the dishes guests consistently cite. Pants required for men. Reservations mandatory, fill quickly.

Spanish Tapas
Spanish small plates on the top floor of the Clubhouse with golf course and ocean views. Wednesday–Monday evenings. The grilled octopus, Spanish lamb stew, patatas bravas, and slow-cooked beef are the must-orders. Reservations required. Order four or five small plates to share between two people rather than ordering individual entrees.

All-day dining, 6:30am–11pm, with golf course views. Brick-oven pizzas are what this kitchen does best. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner à la carte. The all-day hours and reliable quality make this the go-to when you haven't made reservations. Bar stays open until midnight.
