Tuscany Restaurant requires reservations — book on check-in day since it's the only fine-dining option and fills up quickly. The shrimp alfredo and bambolotti at Tuscany are consistently mentioned in reviews as the strongest dishes on property. The buffet at Waves rotates themes nightly (Caribbean, Italian, Mexican) but the rotation repeats on longer stays.

Italian
Italian à la carte dinner restaurant, open Tuesday–Sunday starting at 5pm. Reservations required — book on arrival. The kitchen is most praised for pasta: the shrimp alfredo and bambolotti appear repeatedly in guest reviews as standout dishes. Smart-casual dress required. This is the one restaurant worth planning a specific evening around.

International Buffet
Main all-inclusive buffet restaurant. Breakfast 7–10:30am, dinner 6–9pm with themed nights. Caribbean, Italian, and Taco nights are the most popular. Air-conditioned interior plus some outdoor seating. This is the default dinner option when Tuscany is full or you haven't booked; quality is serviceable but not memorable after a few nights.

American, Pizza, Sandwiches, Snacks
Poolside and beachfront casual spot open 11am–10pm. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza, American snacks. No reservations needed. Gets busy at peak lunch hours. Good location between the pool and beach, which is the main appeal.

Coffee, Pastries, Light Fare
Grab-and-go coffee, smoothies, and pastries. Open mornings until roughly noon. Included in the all-inclusive package. Useful for early risers before Waves opens or for taking breakfast to the beach.

Drinks & Cocktails
Air-conditioned lobby bar, 3–10pm. Wines, beers, spirits — most included in the package. Better for a pre-dinner drink than extended sitting. More comfortable than the outdoor bar on hot evenings.

Inside the casino. NOT included in all-inclusive — all purchases are extra. Open daily 11am–11pm. Menu includes Divi's Famous Wings, fried chicken with johnny cakes, and chicken tenders. The wings are well-reviewed. Worth the extra spend if you're playing at the casino and want something to eat without leaving the building. Must be 21+ to enter.
