Koala
Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort's big differentiator is the kitchen. Every one of its 240 suites has a fully equipped kitchen, which changes the math on a week-long Aruba trip: stock the fridge at the supermarket 10 minutes away, skip breakfast at the restaurant, and you've already offset a meaningful portion of costs. That's before you factor in the washer/dryer units in most suites, which matter for families who don't want to pack seven days of clothes.
This is the right resort for families staying five nights or longer, for guests who value space over amenity overload, and for anyone who wants to cook at least some meals. Couples looking for a romance-first, no-children vibe should look elsewhere — the Divi Little Explorers Kids Club means this property skews family. The adults-only Manchebo Beach resorts down the coast are a better fit.
The honest drawback: the all-inclusive program doesn't actually live here. You buy it separately and use it primarily at other Divi properties nearby — Divi Aruba All-Inclusive and Tamarijn are the main destinations. This means an all-inclusive stay at Phoenix requires shuttling between properties, which works fine but isn't seamless. Guests who expect a contained, everything-here experience can be surprised.
Practically: 240 suites spread across a 14-story tower and four Beach Towers, all completed renovation in January 2026. Palm Beach is directly out front — consistently calm water, good for families, shallow near shore. The beach cabanas and chairs are complimentary. Queen Beatrix Airport is a 10-minute drive. No star rating tells you much here; what matters is that suites are large by Palm Beach standards, starting at 377 sq ft for a studio up to 1,560 sq ft for the three-bedroom penthouse.
