Mediterranean-French fusion, dinner only 6–10 PM plus late-night snacks until 5 AM. Three rotating à la carte menus. The most formal venue on property: men must wear long pants, sleeved and collared shirt; women must wear a dress or sensual night outfit — sandals and shorts are turned away. The French gastronomy dishes are the strength; order accordingly.

Asian Fusion (Thai, Japanese)
Asian fusion: Thai and Japanese cuisine, dinner 6–10 PM. À la carte menu plus teppanyaki seating (reservation required). The Aphrodisiac Roll (cream cheese, avocado, shrimp wrapped in coconut with red caviar) is the most cited signature. The garlic and ginger marinated salmon in Vietnamese sauce is also notable. Teppanyaki table is theatrical — a 90-minute experience. Book on arrival day.
