Beach-facing villa on the sunrise (east-facing) side of the island. Morning light is the main appeal — you'll watch the sun come up from the pool deck. Access permitted for guests 12 and older. Traditional Maldivian design with private plunge pool and butler service. Good choice for the 12+ age group wanting the private villa experience.
Sunrise Ocean/Lagoon
West-facing beach villa positioned for sunset views from the private pool. The most permissive age restriction in the property (8+ allowed), making this the family-accessible villa option if bringing older children. Not the obvious choice for couples wanting maximum privacy, as the beach-facing orientation is more social.

Built over the lagoon on stilts, strictly 18+ only. Private pool on the deck, direct lagoon access from the villa. The glass floor panel in some units gives direct views into the water below. The most requested villa type — book well in advance. Morning light on the east-facing Sunrise Overwater is different from west-facing Sunset Overwater; the difference matters if you care about photography or preferred wake-up light.
