Gourmet lounge overlooking the St. Lawrence with reinterpreted Quebecois cooking developed with Chef Mathieu Masson-Duceppe (Chopped Canada). Charcuterie, organic local products, and seasonal sharing plates. Tomahawk prime rib and Charlevoix fondue may carry an extra charge when offered. Confirm reservation rules and hours at check-in.

Signature buffet in a market-hall layout with five indoor dining rooms (dairy, harvest, legend, woodland, calm themes) plus outdoor terraces. Live cooking, local specialties (poutine, tourtière, bison bourguignon), and international stations. Walk-in for all main meal periods and après-ski snacks.
