Authentic Local Moroccan
Open-air Moroccan restaurant under olive trees — the highlight dining experience at the resort. Lunch is a buffet; dinner is table service with tagines, barbecued lamb, Moroccan spiced chicken skewers, herbed lamb chops, and fish or beef tagines. Fresh mint tea comes as standard. Reservation required for dinner — book at check-in. Hours roughly 10am–11pm. The atmosphere at dinner is the closest the resort gets to authentic medina restaurant dining.
