The resort's specialty dining option. Dinner is a three-course à la carte menu with Andalusian and Mediterranean focus — jamón ibérico, grilled duck with Pedro Ximénez sauce, steak tartare. Live music most evenings. Most dishes included, but lobster and Wagyu are surcharges. Reservations required 24 hours in advance; book at the resort desk on arrival day. Also runs late breakfast, lunch, and tapas throughout the day, all walk-in. Spanish wine tasting workshops available at additional cost.
