Rating8.0Two restaurants anchor the dining program. L'Ô Beach Lounge specializes in Creole-French à la carte dinner and requires a reservation — this is the better meal of the week, not just another included dinner. The Pays Mélés handles buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a sea-facing terrace. Two main bars plus La Cave/La Distillerie for premium wine and spirits at extra cost. Suite guests receive complimentary continental breakfast in-room.

Creole gastronomy, local and traditional dishes, French cuisine with a Creole twist
A beachfront à la carte dinner venue serving Creole-French fusion cuisine directly on the sand or a wooden deck. The kitchen focuses on local fish and shellfish prepared with traditional Martinique spicing — grilled fish with sauce chien, seafood with Creole seasoning — rather than generic French hotel food. Smart casual dress required. Reservation essential; book through the resort app or at the desk on arrival day. Dinner only.
Signature dishes: French cuisine with a Creole twist, local and traditional dishes
International and local flavors, featuring Creole delicacies
The main buffet restaurant with a large sea-facing terrace framed by coconut palms. Live cooking stations operate at each meal period. Breakfast runs the standard Caribbean all-inclusive format; lunch and dinner highlight Creole dishes alongside international options. Standout items are grilled fish with sauce chien, made-to-order salads, and sizzling grill stations. Casual dress; cover-ups over swimwear, shirt for men. No reservation needed.
Signature dishes: Creole delicacies, grilled fish with spicy "sauce chien", sizzling grills, made-to-order salads
Bar (cocktails, soft drinks, smoothies)
The resort's central social hub near the main restaurant and amphitheater. Large covered terrace with comfortable seating. Cocktails, soft drinks, and smoothies are included throughout the day. Tea time runs 4–5pm. The energy here tracks with the broader resort atmosphere — lively in the evenings, relaxed during the day.
Bar (cocktails and other beverages)
The daytime transformation of the gourmet dinner venue into a beach bar. Positioned directly on the sand with prime sunset exposure. Cocktails and beverages included. The best spot for late afternoon drinks on the property.
Continental breakfast
Complimentary continental breakfast room service exclusively for Suite guests. Delivered in the early morning — request the time at check-in. Standard continental format: pastries, juice, coffee, fruit.
Signature dishes: Continental breakfast selection
Spirits, local spirits, wine
An intimate wine and spirits bar focused on curated wine selections and Martinique's rum heritage. Fine wines and local spirits are à la carte at extra cost — this is not included in the standard all-inclusive rate. Worth visiting if rum agricole is your interest; the island is one of the few AOC-designated rum regions in the world.
