The specialty à la carte restaurant with a Franco-Italian cross-border menu: Savoyard fondue and raclette alongside Aosta Valley antipasti, pasta, and charcuterie. The intimate format and reservation requirement make this the most sought-after dinner slot. The cheese selection draws on both sides of the Monte Bianco pass — a genuine regional credibility that the buffet format can't replicate. Book on arrival day.

Main all-day buffet with international and Alpine options. The live cooking stations are the quality peak — crepe stations at breakfast, carving stations and hot Alpine dishes at dinner. The resort's 2021 vintage means the kitchen is operating with newer equipment than many Club Med France properties. No reservation required.
