The Diola is a specialty restaurant set in a beachfront filao forest — reservation required, dinner only, and it's the highlight of the food program. The Golf Bar is only accessible when the course is open. Fresh local produce is sourced via the resort's Green Farmers program, which does show up in the quality of seasonal ingredients at the buffet.

Beachfront dinner restaurant set among filao trees. À la carte, reservation required — request a table at check-in. Specializes in authentic Senegalese seafood: the grilled fish of the day is genuinely good and sourced locally. Grilled crayfish is available for a supplement and worth it. Bissap (hibiscus juice) is the drink to order here. Open on select evenings, not every night — confirm schedule at check-in.

La Rizière. Main buffet for all three meals with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pool and sea. Rotating international dishes alongside Senegalese specialties. Live cooking stations. The Senegalese preparations use produce from the resort's own farm program, which elevates quality compared to a standard Club Med buffet. No reservation needed.
