Rating8.1All 324 rooms are suites — the smallest starts at 732 sq ft, which is more space than most Riviera Maya all-inclusives' standard rooms. Categories run from standard Junior Suites to the 1,873 sq ft Master Suite with a private pool. The biggest practical decision is whether to pay for Premium Level (which adds ocean view, lounge access, upgraded minibar, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour room service) vs standard (garden or sea view without lounge benefits).

Garden
732 sq ft with private balcony and garden views. King or 2 double beds, up to 4 guests. Spacious for an all-inclusive room. The garden view category is the entry level — no sea outlook, but the architectural grounds are genuinely attractive to look at. Some units show wear — inspect on arrival and request a change if needed.
Sea View
732 sq ft with partial ocean or sea views from the private balcony. Same footprint and amenities as garden view with the added outlook toward the Pacific. Worth paying the difference for anyone planning to use the balcony.
Ocean View
732 sq ft on exclusive floors with ocean views and the full Premium Level package: private check-in, 24-hour room service (non-alcoholic), upgraded minibar, in-room Wi-Fi, turndown service, and welcome wine and snacks. For guests who plan to eat at specialty restaurants daily, the unlimited à la carte access alone justifies the upgrade. The Wi-Fi inclusion is significant given that standard rooms pay extra for in-room internet.
Sea Front View
1,873 sq ft with two bedrooms (sleeps 6), private swimming pool, living room, and sea-front views. Full Premium Level service plus concierge and spa discounts. The private pool is genuinely useful — removes any pressure to compete for shared pool space. The top accommodation tier and priced accordingly.
