Rating8.1Three dedicated restaurants and three bars on the adults-only side, plus shared access to a large catalog of Palace-side venues — though most Palace à la carte restaurants carry extra charges for adults-only guests without Premium Level status. The adults-only buffet (Caribe) receives better reviews than the specialty restaurants. La Brisa's oceanfront lunch is a reliable highlight. Room service is 24-hour but typically incurs a charge for standard guests.

International Gourmet
International gourmet à la carte, dinner only, 6–11 PM. The flagship dining experience on the adults-only side, in an elegant indoor lobby setting. Reservation required. Resort-elegant dress code — shorts, sandals, and vests prohibited. Menu is deliberately upscale relative to the buffet. Mixed reviews: some guests find it the best meal of their stay; others report it doesn't justify the effort of a formal dinner booking.
Mediterranean
Mediterranean, oceanside location with pool views. Lunch (11 AM–5:30 PM) is a casual seafood buffet — fresh fish, salads, and grilled items. Dinner (7–11 PM) switches to à la carte Mediterranean service. Reservation required for dinner, not for lunch. The lunch format at La Brisa is consistently cited as the most enjoyable dining experience on the property.
Signature dishes: Fish, Seafood, Fresh Salads
International Buffet
The main adults-only buffet. Breakfast (7–11 AM), lunch (12:30–3 PM), dinner (6–10:30 PM). Overlooks the sea. Themed dinner nights (Italian, Mexican, Oriental, Dominican) add variety. Semi-formal dress at dinner. Consistently the best-reviewed food venue on the adults-only side — guests report the buffet significantly outperforms the specialty restaurants.
Signature dishes: Themed Dinner Nights (Italian, Mexican, Oriental, Dominican)
International Buffet
One of the main Palace buffets, accessible to adults-only guests. Same international format. Useful when the adults-only buffet is busy or you're already on the Palace side.
Dominican & International Buffet
Palace-side buffet with Dominican specialties alongside international options. The best place at the entire complex to try local Dominican food.
International Drinks & Cocktails
Main lobby bar on the adults-only side, 8 AM–midnight. National and international drinks. Pre-dinner and evening gathering spot.
Tropical Cocktails & Natural Juices
Outdoor bar poolside with ocean views, 10 AM–7 PM. Fresh juices and tropical cocktails. Natural juices are the standout — the staff make fresh combinations daily.
Signature dishes: Natural Juices, Tropical Cocktails
Specialty Tropical Drinks
Beach bar serving drinks in fresh tropical fruits — literally poured into a hollowed pineapple, coconut, or watermelon. Midday beach activity. More novelty than necessity, but guests enjoy it.
Signature dishes: Drinks served in tropical fruits
Seafood
Seafood à la carte, Palace side, dinner. Accessible to adults-only guests, but typically carries an extra charge unless you have Premium Level status. Worth budgeting for if fresh seafood is a priority — the on-site adults-only options are limited. Reservation required.
Steakhouse
Steakhouse, Palace side, dinner. Same extra-charge policy as El Coral for non-Premium guests. Classic steakhouse format with grilled cuts. Reservation recommended.
Japanese
Japanese à la carte, Palace side, dinner. Extra charge for non-Premium adults-only guests. Teppanyaki tables available. Reservation required — popular across both sides of the resort.
Italian
Italian à la carte, Palace side, dinner. Extra charge applies for non-Premium adults-only guests. Reservation recommended.
Mexican
Mexican à la carte, Palace side, dinner. Extra charge applies. Festive atmosphere with a lively interior.
Spanish
Spanish cuisine, Palace side, dinner. Extra charge for non-Premium adults-only guests. Traditional Spanish menu.
French
French cuisine, Palace side, dinner. The most formally dressed of the Palace restaurants. Resort-elegant dress code. Extra charge for most adults-only guests.
American Golf Cuisine
Casual American-style restaurant overlooking the golf course, Palace side, lunch and dinner. No reservation required. Extra charge typically applies. A good no-fuss option if you're already at the Palace for another reason.
International & Local
24-hour room service. Food service carries an extra charge for standard guests; alcoholic beverages always incur a cost. À la carte menu with both local and international options. Practical for late arrivals or early departures.
