Rating8.1Nine categories across roughly 409–2,120 sq ft. Standard Deluxe Rooms (409 sq ft) are comfortable but plainly furnished — the 2017 renovation updated them, though some aging is visible. The Lanai categories (484 sq ft) are ground-floor rooms with large terraces and direct garden access, good for families. Ocean Front with Hot Tub rooms (560 sq ft, floors 2–6) are the best value upgrade in the non-Royal Level tier. The Royal Level begins at 409 sq ft but adds meaningful services on the upper floors of the North Tower.
Resort View
409 sq ft. Resort view — garden or parking-area outlook. The entry-level category; often located near reception or on lower floors. Functional but uninspiring view. Balcony included. Good base price for guests who spend most daylight hours outside.
Partial Ocean View
409 sq ft. Partial Caribbean Sea view from a furnished balcony, floors 3 and 5. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Meaningfully better than the resort-view category for a moderate premium. 'Partial' should be taken literally — not a straight-on panorama.
Ocean View
409 sq ft. Floors 7–9 of the North Tower. Direct ocean views from a furnished balcony. Daily minibar restock, bathrobes and slippers, personalized check-in, Royal Level Lounge access, and priority restaurant reservations. The minimum Royal Level entry point. Sleeps 2 only.
Ocean and Pool View
420 sq ft. Floors 3 and 5. Side views of both the lagoon pool and the ocean from the balcony. Marble floors, bathtub and shower, CD/DVD player. A pleasant intermediate option between standard resort view and full ocean front.
Garden View
484 sq ft. Ground floor with large outdoor terrace and direct garden access. A few steps to the beach. The largest footprint in the non-Royal non-suite category. Best for families who want outdoor terrace space rather than a view. Noise from foot traffic is a potential downside.
Pool View
484 sq ft. Ground floor with terrace overlooking the pool. Coffee machine included. Sunset views typically good from this orientation. Easy access to pool and beach without stairs or elevators.
Ocean Front
560 sq ft. Floors 2–6. Private balcony with unobstructed ocean view, in-room jacuzzi bathtub. The standout value category in the non-Royal tier — the combination of ocean front position, extra space, and jacuzzi for romantic stays. Sleeps 2 only. The jacuzzi views toward the ocean are the room's best feature.
Ocean View
818 sq ft. Separate living/dining area with sofa bed, full bathroom with shower and hot tub. All Royal Level services: personalized check-in, concierge, room service 7 AM–3 AM, Premium Level Lounge access. Sleeps up to 4.
Ocean Front
2,120 sq ft. The largest accommodation on property. Elegant dining room, separate living room, master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom plus a large outdoor jacuzzi on an ocean-facing balcony. Super-premium beverage service. Sleeps up to 5. The outdoor hot tub with open-ocean views is the defining feature.
