This Family All-Inclusive Just Opened a $150 Million Village — With a Starfish Cinema and Lagoon Pool
Beaches Turks & Caicos debuts Treasure Beach Village, adding 101 new suites, six restaurants, and a lagoon-style infinity pool on Grace Bay Beach.
Beaches Turks & Caicos just got significantly bigger. On March 1, Beaches Resorts officially opened Treasure Beach Village, a $150 million expansion on the western end of the property that adds 101 multi-bedroom suites along Grace Bay Beach.
The new village brings 11 suite categories to the resort, including the standout CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas — three-story oceanfront residences spanning over 2,600 square feet that sleep up to 10 guests and come with private pools and rooftop decks. A Chairman's Penthouse Suite tops the lineup as the resort's most expansive accommodation.
Amenities and dining
Beyond the rooms, Treasure Beach Village adds a lagoon-style infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar, a kids' zone with three slides, and a cozy cinema lounge that Sandals Resorts International has dubbed the "Starfish Cinema." Six new dining venues come with the expansion, headlined by the first-ever Butch's Island Chop House at any Beaches property.
Why it matters
The expansion cements Beaches Turks & Caicos as the largest family all-inclusive on Grace Bay — one of the most awarded beaches in the world. At a time when luxury family travel is booming, the resort is betting big on multi-bedroom suites and villa-style accommodations that cater to multigenerational groups.
Rates at Treasure Beach Village start at $1,060 per person per night, with a limited-time grand opening offer of up to $500 in instant credits on select stays booked through May 31, 2026.
