This Family All-Inclusive Just Opened a $150 Million Village on One of the Caribbean's Best Beaches
Beaches Turks & Caicos debuted Treasure Beach Village with 101 new suites, a massive pool complex, and celebrity-filled launch weekend on Grace Bay.
Beaches Turks & Caicos just got significantly bigger. The family-focused all-inclusive on Providenciales officially opened Treasure Beach Village last weekend, a $150 million expansion that adds 101 new suites, multiple dining concepts, and a 15,000-square-foot pool complex to what was already one of the largest resorts in Turks and Caicos.
The new village is the sixth at the resort, joining the Caribbean, Italian, French, Key West, and Seaside villages that line the Grace Bay shoreline. Treasure Beach leans heavily into larger accommodations designed for families and groups, with multi-bedroom suites featuring oversized balconies, dedicated kids' rooms, and direct pool access.
The debut weekend drew a guest list that included Boris Kodjoe, Taye Diggs, Amanda Kloots, and Jesse Eisenberg, along with Turks and Caicos Premier Charles Washington Misick and Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness. A Junkanoo procession, fire performers, and fireworks over the water capped off the opening night festivities.
Two new dining venues round out the expansion: Pinta Food Hall, a modern grab-and-go concept with multiple stations, and Butch's Island Chop House, continuing the steakhouse brand found across Sandals and Beaches properties.
The opening is the first expression of a broader $1 billion investment in the Beaches brand. Future resorts are planned in the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. All-inclusive rates at Treasure Beach start around $3,277 per night for a Concierge Suite sleeping up to six guests.
