International Fusion
The flagship oceanfront restaurant handling breakfast and dinner from a deck overlooking the Caribbean. Breakfast leans into Jamaican staples — ackee and saltfish alongside international options. Dinner rotates through themed evenings (Asian, Italian, Jamaican), with live steel drum performances accompanying the meal. The oceanfront position and a private dining area with a wine cellar make it the go-to for a special evening in.
Signature dishes: Jamaican-inspired fusion dishes, Themed dinner menus, Seafood platters
Mediterranean
A striking open-air room with soaring cathedral ceilings positioned between the pool and the sea, handling lunch and dinner with a Mediterranean-Caribbean approach. Lunch skews lighter — salads, grilled fish, sandwiches. Dinner steps up to full gourmet plates. The location makes it the easiest transition from an afternoon at the pool; the Canoa Bar sits right alongside it.
Signature dishes: Grilled seafood, Mediterranean salads, Fresh ceviche
Small Plates & Cocktails
An English-style lounge open evenings only, focused on refined small plates — parmesan wings, artisan tapas — rather than full entrées. Consistently the quietest dining venue on property; guests who find Coyaba and Canoa too social tend to end up here. Craft cocktails are a strength, and the indoor setting means it works in any weather.
Signature dishes: Parmesan wings, Artisan tapas, Craft cocktails
Authentic Jamaican
An outdoor beachside jerk shack open for lunch only (11 AM to 3 PM), serving authentic jerk chicken, jerk pork, and festival — the fried dumplings that are easy to overlook and shouldn't be. This is the most genuinely Jamaican dining experience at any Montego Bay all-inclusive. No table service; grab a plate and eat on the beach.
Signature dishes: Jerk chicken, Jerk pork, Festival (fried dumplings)
Coffee, Pastries & Light Fare
A 24-hour indoor café serving Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee — among the finest in the world and grown on the island — alongside pastries, fresh fruit, deli items, and alcoholic drinks. The only venue available between restaurant closing times and late-night in-suite dining. One of the few genuinely round-the-clock resort cafés in the area.
Signature dishes: Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee, Fresh pastries, Deli sandwiches
Cocktails & Spirits
The main lobby bar with garden and sea views, open 11 AM to 10 PM. Serves signature cocktails, premium spirits, and fine wines. The zen-like open-air setting makes it the natural spot for pre-dinner drinks.
Cocktails & Spirits
Poolside bar attached to Canoa restaurant, open 11 AM to 10 PM. Tropical cocktails and cold beverages for guests moving between the pool and the restaurant. Walk-up service.
Cocktails & Spirits
The resort's late-night option, open 8 PM to midnight alongside the Polo Restaurant. Craft cocktails and premium spirits in an English-pub atmosphere. The only bar open past 10 PM besides Coco Café.
Cocktails & Spirits
Oceanfront bar adjacent to the Coyaba restaurant, open evenings 6 to 10 PM. The best spot for pre-dinner cocktails with a Caribbean sunset — steel drum music typically accompanies the hour.
