Stunning Historic Estate
The 14th-century Sa Torre manor, neo-Gothic chapel, windmill, and sprawling Mediterranean gardens create a setting that guests describe as magical and utterly unique among European luxury hotels.
Michelin-Starred Dining
Restaurant Andreu Genestra consistently earns superlatives. The multi-course tasting menus using estate-grown ingredients are a genuine highlight and the primary draw for food-focused travelers.
Peaceful Countryside Atmosphere
The inland Mallorcan setting delivers a level of tranquility and privacy that coastal resorts cannot match. Guests repeatedly cite the calm, restorative atmosphere as the resort's greatest strength.
Quality All-Inclusive Beverages
The premium spirits selection impresses — top-shelf options like Lagavulin 16, Grey Goose, and Don Julio are included, far exceeding the quality typically found in European all-inclusive programs.
Excellent Spa Facilities
Pure Spa's hydrotherapy circuit with Turkish bath, sauna, and heated indoor pool receives strong praise. The complimentary wellness experience adds genuine value to every stay.
Inconsistent Daily Dining
While the Michelin restaurant excels, everyday dining at Es Mercat draws mixed reviews. Breakfast can feel underwhelming for a 5-star property, and dinner service sometimes lacks coordination during busy periods.
Remote Location Without Beach
The inland countryside setting is a double-edged sword. Guests wanting easy beach access or walkable restaurants and nightlife will find the isolated location limiting without a rental car.
Service Inconsistency
Multiple reviewers note a gap between the warmth of individual staff members and the overall service operation. Slow response times, disorganized meal seating, and wine service issues recur in recent reviews.
Maintenance Concerns
Some rooms — particularly in the historic Tramuntana wing — show signs of deferred maintenance. Dated fixtures, minor repair needs, and occasional cleanliness lapses are noted despite the 2021 renovation.
Value Questions at Full Price
While Hyatt points bookings offer exceptional value, cash-rate guests paying €300–450+ per night sometimes question whether the overall experience matches the premium pricing, especially outside the Michelin restaurant.

Zoëtry Mallorca occupies the Sa Torre estate — a property with 14th-century origins that passed through two noble families, the Febrers and Villalongas, over 450 years before a €44 million transformation opened it as a hotel in 2008. The Hilton Sa Torre operated here until a comprehensive renovation and rebrand in 2021 brought it into the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. The result is one of the few all-inclusive luxury retreats in Europe, and genuinely one of the most unusual resorts of any type on the continent.
The physical estate spans 56,000 square meters of Mediterranean gardens with a 15th-century windmill, a neo-Gothic chapel, original stone manor house architecture, and a 2,500 square meter organic garden and vineyard that supplies the kitchens directly. The Michelin-starred Restaurant Andreu Genestra operates on-site — chef Andreu Genestra has roots in Mallorcan cuisine and is among the island's most recognized culinary figures. His restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday evenings and requires advance booking.
The Endless Privileges plan covers unlimited à la carte dining, premium spirits including Lagavulin 16 and Don Julio, 24-hour room service, and daily minibar restocking. The Pure Spa by Natura Bissé includes a complimentary 20-minute wellness experience per stay.
Two practical limitations to know before booking: this is a countryside estate, not a beachfront property. The nearest beaches (Es Trenc, Cala Pi, Cala Llombards) are 10 minutes by car. A rental car is the practical transport here — not having one limits the stay significantly. And food quality outside the Michelin-starred restaurant is uneven — Es Mercat breakfast receives mixed reviews for a 5-star property.
