The most distinctive venue on property — over-the-water pier dining with swordfish steak, crab cakes, and ribeye as the standout orders. Breakfast is served here (Resort Casual, no reservation), but dinner reservation is required. Closed Mondays. Resort Evening Attire for dinner. Book on arrival day.

Japanese Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki with live chef cooking. Communal table format — this is social, high-energy dining, not intimate. Seafood and grilled meats cooked tableside. Reservation required, closed Sundays. Resort Casual dress code. Same concept as Kimonos at Grenada — if you've been to one, you know what to expect.

International buffet (Breakfast/Lunch), French Brasserie (Dinner)
The main all-day restaurant. International buffet for breakfast and lunch (ocean views from the open-air patio); switches to French Brasserie à la carte for dinner. Confit De Poulet and Crème Brûlée are the dinner highlights. No reservation needed. Walk-in appropriate for every meal period.

Sushi
Made-to-order sushi in an indoor air-conditioned space with some outdoor seating. Crispy Spicy Tuna and Seared Tuna Tataki are the most consistent orders. Dinner only, closed Sundays, no reservation required. Seats fill by 7:00 PM on busy nights — arrive early if sushi is a priority.
